you'd need a tremendous self-confidence to be a super hero I mean really, those crazy costumes that they have to wear real women, real men, couldn’t look nearly so good in them and their catch phrases that they’re almost always repeating you couldn't say them in real life in any way, shape or form even their incessant victories are beyond the realm of belief no person can rescue every single situation every single time and their cataclysmic battles must impact property values to the point that no one’d want to live anywhere near them
nope
the only Superhero that I’ve ever found didn’t need a cape He wore the same clothes you and I would wear to market owned the self-assurance of the only One who has no peer He had no pithy catch phrase, but an amazing, glorious hope in the greatest battle He ever fought, He bore the cost Himself suffered all the damage, shared with us all the spoils of war and, while He told us “I’ll be back”, it was His firm promise of life to those who loved Him, death to those who didn’t
