God Forget? Really?
we may just own a comforting delusion believing that God forgets what He forgives but we could be mistaken taking His “I will remember them no more” for a “I have forgotten them”
but “I will remember them no more” is active it is a deliberate action on God’s part to not hold what we’ve done against us and “I have forgotten them” is passive implies God has lost a thing He shouldn’t have introducing a flaw into He who must be perfect
of what value is God’s forgiving our sins if God could forget what He’s forgiven forgiveness is the not holding against it is not the forgetting it ever happened
